Project general facts There are three major zones:    The TOD Zone with Pond Park Apartments, Boulevard Neighbourhood (Outer Ring), and Central Park Neighbourhood (Inner Ring). *   TOD Zone with Pond Park Apartments       The TOD Zone comprises mixed use buildings and Pond Park Apartments.
